I hate to say it, but the alien baby second from bottom? That is a REAL baby. It has something called 'cloverhead' syndrome, which is related to Harlyquin Icthyosis. H.I. is those weird gross babies with cracked white skin and bulging red eyes.
These are each genetic syndromes. Fucking horrible, I dont know why they dont kill it. I mean LOOK at it! It has got to be in horrible pain.
